This type of plastic pelletizing machine unit is more suitable for recycling and pelletizing waste plastics compared to single-machine models, and it supports a wider variety of plastics. It is mainly used for processing waste plastic films (such as industrial packaging films, agricultural mulch films, greenhouse films, beer packaging films, shopping bags, etc.), woven bags, agricultural convenience bags, and other common waste plastics. It is a widely used and highly popular plastic recycling machine in the waste plastic regeneration industry.

Thanks to its two-stage stepped exhaust system, the pellets produced have lower porosity, and the output is about 10% higher than that of similar models. The main unit is equipped with a hydraulic screen-changing die head, allowing continuous operation without shutdown, wire breakage, manual intervention, or waste material accumulation at the die head.

The machine can also be paired with our factory's specially designed automatic feeding system, enabling fully automated production—from conveying and feeding to plasticizing, exhaust, and extrusion. Additionally, it can be upgraded with a hot-cutting and collecting device for more convenient operation. The unit can be arranged in a straight-line ("I" shape) or side-by-side ("T" shape) configuration, saving space and reducing workshop requirements. After packaging, the entire machine is safer, more aesthetically pleasing, and can be custom-painted according to customer preferences.
