Forced Feeding Machine Unit

This type of plastic pelletizing machine unit adopts a forced feeder, making it suitable for processing soft and wet materials such as uncrushed industrial packaging films, agricultural mulch films, greenhouse films, beer packaging films, shopping bags, and woven bags. This significantly improves feeding efficiency and overall production capacity.

The machine can also be equipped with our factory’s specially designed automatic feeder, enabling fully automated production—from conveying and feeding to plasticizing, degassing, and extrusion in one seamless process. Additionally, it can be upgraded with a hot-cutting and collecting device for more convenient operation. The unit can be arranged in a straight-line ("I" shape) or side-by-side ("T" shape) configuration, saving space and reducing workshop requirements. After packaging, the entire machine is safer, more aesthetically pleasing, and can be custom-painted according to customer preferences.
